literally got to save for a video camera this year and start on the film making shit, I was talking to my friend Randle the other day about how in love with independent and experimental films I am and my need to actually start creating, I booked a screenwriting course and a film making course in London next month, so that’s a start and i’m picking up the photoshoots, I definitely want to do some slow-mo experimentation. Maybe I could find a film camera that does long length slow-mo. My friend played me a slow-mo clip of his dogs fighting the other day and it looks sick.
Two explosives went off at the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 15, 2013. There are reported casualties and many more reported injured. Information is still coming in and no one is sure who is behind the attacks. Domestic terrorists? Foreign terrorists? A lone, disturbed individual? WE JUST DON’T…
God awful to read.
Architectural Density in Hong Kong
With seven million people, Hong Kong is the 4th most densely populated places in the world. However, plain numbers never tell the full story. In his ‘Architecture of Density’ photo series, German photographer Michael Wolf explores the jaw-dropping urban landscapes of Hong Kong. He rids his photographs of any context, removing any sky or horizon line from the frame and flattening the space until it becomes a relentless abstraction of urban expansion, with no escape for the viewer’s eye. Infinite and haunting.
